Spring 2008 Newsletter

Well we're doing alright here at CID. We'd like to thank everybody that attended our Christmas Party at Stanley. it was a really good night with a great turn out of some 70+ people there. we hope that we can hold the next one right in the middle of Durham so it's even easier to get there.

We're in the middle of planning our first activities for 2008 which will take place over the Whit holidays. we are also looking at new activities for the summer but we do have a demand for Flamingoland again!

We have spaces on the Development Group and are actively looking for young people preferably 16 and under from both residential and foster homes to come and join in. If you're interested, give us a ring on 0191 3844200.

Our first opportunity to take a Level one course in Youth Work commences soon. if it's a success then we hope to repeat the course at least once a year. give us a call if you're interested!
